Groceries Galore, This Weeks' Totals- Free Milk and More!

I love it when triples roll around! Not only is Harris Teeter doing it, but our local Kroger store is too. So I opted to shop there since prices usually start at a lower price than at HT. You'll get a great deal at either place though. My savings aren't quite as good as they normally are number-wise because since I was saving so much with triples, I decided to get some extras of some things I'll need in the near future (butter, cheese, juice boxes for school) and still keep my grocery budget around $40 for the week. You'll also see below how I used my coupons to get 2 gallons of milk and 2 Welch's jelly FREE!

  • 2 Juicy Juice 1/2 gallons- $.50/2 Juicy Juice Products in 8/9 RP (makes this $1.75 ea)
  • 2 Juicy Juice boxes 8 pk- $2 ea- $.50/2 Juicy Juice Products in 8/9 RP (makes this $1.25 ea)
  • Whole Wheat Flour- used $1/1 home mailer coupon
  • Dozen Eggs- used Egglands $.35/1 coupon in 6/28 SS
  • 32oz Dannon Yogurt- used $.75/1 home mailer coupon (makes it free)
  • 2 cans Dole Pineapple- $1.21 ea- used $.55/2 from 6/28 SS
  • 2 butter
  • 2 16 oz Kroger cheese
  • Hormel all natural Deli Meat- used $1/1 home mailer
  • Loaf of Earthgrains all natural bread- used $.55/1 from 7/26 RP (makes it $1.95)

  • Photo Battery (fits in our fire alarm)- It was put in the wrong place so it was supposed to be $8, but we got it for free. $.75/1 Duracell batteries in 7/12 RP or 8/2 P&G insert
  • Q-tips- $.30/1 Q-tips in 8/2 RP and $.50 e-coupon (with coupons- $1.39)
  • 2 Speed Stick deodorants (charity)- $.88 ea- used $.75/2 in
  • 1 Purell 2oz- $.50/1 Purell (excludes 1 oz size) in 8/2 SS2
  • 2 Dial soap (one not pictured)- $.35/1 Dial Soap in 5/17 SS2 or 8/16 SS (made them $.44 ea)
  • Colgate Children's toothpaste- $.75/1...The coupon I used JUST expired.
