Publix Penny Item
According to Southern Savers the Publix Mystery Penny Item is Publix Apple Juice. You can purchase this item for .01 when your total equals at least $10 before you use your coupons. Our local store doesn't require the penny item coupon yet (found in their ad), but many stores are changing to require this.
